Hi, I’m Erica

I am passionate about my work as a marriage and family therapist, and have forty+ years of life experience. My clinical profession, however, is just entering adulthood. Previously, I spent nearly two decades working in the grip and lighting departments of the film and television industry. Set lighting was where I cut my teeth before I ultimately joined the dark side and earned my place as an IATSE Local 80 grip.

Those invaluable years now help me connect with industry clients through firsthand experience of the beautiful grind that is set life, and the real impact it can have on mental health and relationships. That chapter also shaped my resilience, tolerance, acceptance, and humility—the strengths that guide my clinical work and support meaningful, lasting change.

That being said, I serve adults, teens, and couples from all industries and communities. Navigating everything from trauma, anxiety, and ADHD to premarital counseling and the depths of heartbreak. Whether you're burnt out from overworking, considering a career change, or just figuring things out one day at a time, you’re welcome here.
